Ok, I am trying to figure out Shipping.

Most of the packages I send are very light weight 1 or 2 oz tops.

I would like to offer free shipping but I don't see how.

I also can't see how to do flat rate shipping either.

Calculated shipping will not work for me because most of the items I sell ( gems ) are so light weight shipping calculator does not go that light.

Help please!

Anyway when listing your item (or editing) the third page I think is shipping and price. You can click free shipping flat rate or calculated (weight based)
