| In the Manage Products area, there's a button to "Reset Filter". What is that for? I thought it might reset the view count, but it did not. I hope I didn't screw something up by clicking it. While I am here asking a question, can anybody who has upgraded to the next level from Free, mind telling me what the bonus of doing that is? While I'm in a mad rush transferring my inventory here, I don't want to overlook advantages either. It was my idea to upgrade eventually, but maybe I should do it sooner than later. I only have one gripe so far and it's easily overcome by the way I set up my item pictures here with item specific numbers. That was a really smart idea because I didn't realize how important that would be when the item is sold, but even still, I would prefer if the picture shown would enlarge in the completed order area. Since some of my items so closely resemble others being sold, had I not numbered them, I might've ended up mailing the wrong thing because the picture won't enlarge and I can't see exactly which one it is. Other than these 2 issues, did I mention how much I LOVE IT HERE?? I did, but I'll say it again.

| Hi Sandy... I haven't used the reset filter yet, but assume it has to do with when you filter for particular items in your manage products area by doing a keyword search, etc. Reset filter would then remove any filters and take you back to all listings. Therefore, you didn't mess anything up. If I'm wrong on this, someone please correct me. As for the store upgrade, you receive the following benefits that I know of (if I've missed something, someone please say so): - removal of "Powered by BuyItSellIt - free online store builder" from your store
- ability to create a custom template (if you know css and html or pay someone to do it for you)
- custom pages (but to add the links to your tabs you will need to have a custom template; however, you can put the links on your home page and/or in your listings)
- something to do with the domain, but I don't have that figured out yet (someone else will need to fill you in on that)

| Okay thanks Nikki. I didn't get around to entering filtered search words yet anyway. I think I recall seeing the ability to do that but bypassed it for now. All the things you mentioned that are included in the upgrade will definitely prompt me to do that shortly. I do have someone that is fab at creating templates. I will also need the bonus of at least one custom page too when I create a planned special line product. I already have a domain name, but I guess when I do the upgrade, that address will show in the address bar instead of my BISI one that shows now even though my own address forwards to my store. I printed out your reply so I don't lose track of what you told me. I do have a bad habit of getting sidetracked !! Thanks for your assistance!!

| You're welcome, Sandy. I, too, already had my own domain name and have it forwarded to my store, but haven't yet figured out how to get it switched to showing in my url here. I know there are directions for how to do it with GoDaddy, but my domain is with IPower. I just haven't taken the time to figure it out yet. It's somewhere on my invisible "to do" list (along with a whole lot of other things). Nikki
