Help.  I am lost when it comes to creating a custom template.  I downloaded 2 different web builders, BlueVoda and Coffee Cup. both are great programs.  After I create a very simple home page and past it into the custom  templates here, I get blank boxes and red x's.  I think I have to upload the images, but don't know where.  I have seen some great sites here in the Community. If anyone can offer advice, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks

Rick

In the area where you put the custom template files there is a tab that says "Custom Files". That is where you need to upload them to and then change your image URL's to match that of your file. It will be something like http://custom.buyitsellit.com/1111/image_name.jpg

Thanks Jennifer

When I saved my home page, there are 2 files, the index and the one I named.  Can I upload just the file I named, or do I have to upload each individual image?

Thanks

Rick

You need to upload each image file not the html file you created. The HTML goes in the custom templates areas. You need to copy paste it in there.

Rick, my son is a huge sports card collector. We look forward to seeing what you do with your site! Please post again when you go "custom".

Hi Gayla

I hope to be custom shortly.  If I can ever figure out all of the in;s and out;s.  Your site looks great. I hope mine looks that good. None of my kids inherited the gene for collecting.  My wife says thats a good thing.
