That's just plain nuts! What on earth is AOL thinking???
This means either A) all our customers (or potential customers) get an email whose address tells them not to reply, or B) We have to monitor every inquiry and make manual replies to any from an AOL address.
We also have to manually send purchase confirmation, invoices, thank yous, and shipping confirmations to all aol addresses...
Tomas - Can you think of a better solution?

Is there an option to have multiple custom templates? If so, where is it? I found a very limited number under Settings.

Just want to add to this thread that I am also getting the delay of emails notices for a customer with an email ending in @hughes.net. I'm sure the Delivery Failure notices will follow soon, just as the AOL.com ones do.
Emails sent to same address from my regular email box during the same time frame are not delaying.
