Another update -
Received a Failure to Deliver notice this morning on the "your Order Has been Shipped" email sent from BISI.
The PACKAGE shows as having been delivered yesterday, so the customer got the package before I got the message delivery failure.
Sure looks like it may be a BISI - AOL thing.
Can you tell us anything about this, Tomas?

Another delivery failure notice tonight to an AOL address.

Sure hope this can get fixed. If we can't get messages to any AOL users, that's a lot of potential customers out of the loop.

| I, too, had this same problem this week. Monday sent email. Tuesday received delay notice. Wednesday (today) received failure notice. I've been emailing with this customer just fine through my email. And, yes, it's an aol address. Nikki

Another email delay notice for a bisi originated email to an aol address came today. Without exception, the delays and failures are to aol addresses.
