For messages sent from my store to my buyers, about 12 hours later, I receive an email like this:
This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification.
THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE.
Delivery to the following recipients has been delayed.
xxxxxxxxx@aol.com
In another 12 hours or so, another one arrives.
This is true of the automatically generated order confirmation, and of manual emails I send from my open orders 'email buyer' link.
HOWEVER, the cc to me (of those same messages) comes to MY email just fine and quickly.
Has anyone else experienced this? If so, and if you can advise me of a fix, I will close the support ticket I've just opened.

When I get those type of messages it's often an indication that the recipients email box is full. They are usually delivered eventually.

However -
On the first sale, when this happened, the person received (and answered) right away emails sent to them from my earthlink mailbox sent during the same time frame.
I emailed them from earthlinlk about the delay and they got THAT one and replied... still got more delay notices for them on the messages sent from BISI - all during the same time frame.
Multiple occurrences like this in the same day on the last sale, where mine went through, BISI's did not.

I don't know if it means anything or not, but the delay notices all come from postmaster@DA409.
And they each have 2 attachments. One is the original message, the other, which I have not opened in any case is a type: application/octet-stream

UPDATE:
Got another one of these. This one was from the 'order shipped' notice that I sent from the Open Orders screen.
Also, last night I got a DELIVERY FAILURE notice on one of the earlier emails I sent from BISI that I had previously gotten DELAY notices on.
In the meantime, no such notices from emails sent to the same address from my regular email.

I got several of these (delay and failure notices) last week on April 24,25 & 26. Then I got another delay notice this morning.

Have you been able to successfully email to those same addresses from outside BISI (your own email)?
