Are you wanting a business or a hobby?

IE, is your intention of selling online to make money or just to get rid of excess stuff from your hobby to continue to support your hobby.

Honestly, you need to talk to a tax professional. I am not one. They can tell you what you need to be doing and what records to keep and how you can keep them to be IRS "legal".

I'm no tax expert either, but if your hobby makes income, uncle same wants to know about it. As previously suggested, consult a professional.
