Well, by customers signing up for a account, you will be able to keep track of your customers and cut down on charge backs. My other store, I have over 40 customers and there is no problem with signing up.

Whenever a customer made a mistake on there order, I can just hoggin to they account and corrected it.

Anyway, its not for everyone, but it should be there for store owners to use if they choose to.

That is also another way I think of it too. I've ordered items online that I really didn't want and could just cancel them in my member area. ;]
