Lost orders via Paypal Expand / Collapse

I the past two weeks all of our orders placed via Paypal have been incomplete, In each case, the buyer has got to the point where th buys has entered all of their info including name, address and phone number, but when they go to pay pay, the screen goes blank. So that's $150 of orders lost because buyitsellit's checkout does not work.
How many more do you think we should take before we quit buyitsellit for a reliable ecommerce site? (Tomas says he cannot "reporduce the problem - c'mon the last three orders have all failed at the final paypal step)

Can you reproduce the problem? We process literally hundreds of Paypal orders every day. We have not received one similar complaint.

I have been averaging several orders a week paying with paypal and I haven't had any complaints from my customer. Occasionally a customer gets cold feet when taken to the paypal page, but they usually come back and repeat the order and pay the second time.

We had one buyer who had the problem first of all, then two others had the same problem, so we don;t need to reproduce it - they did it for us!

I had this issue too!

I only accept paypal... I did no get paid the order was incomplete but the item in my shop was showing up as sold... how can it be sold when the checkout is broken and did not sell! this is a HUGE problem and so is the slooowwwww speeds of the site....I can't sell anything when I get a blank white page....I will be looking for a new shopping cart solution as well if this doesn't get better soon =(

Did you make sure to enter your email address in your payment settings? Go to Settings > Payment Options > Paypal. It says "Please provide your PayPal Website Payments Standard account credentials". Enter the email address associated with your Paypal account. That fixed the problem for me.

We are also set up correctly and we had another problem with a Paypal order yesterday, though a Google Checkout item did go through today. The site is also very slow for us at the moment. Slow sites always put customers off, so hopefully Tomas can fix the speed of the site?
