| Click on the "title" header to sort alphabetically. Click it again to do it ascending/descending. This works for most of the item headers in the admin.

Never knew about that option, thanks Tomas. I should of been more specific with my suggestion though.. Unless my site has an error.. It won't let me display Products by "name"
I find that it's easier for customers to search through a descending list by name.

You can set your stores sorting preferences under Settings/Product Display section of your admin. You can set it to sort by price/date entered/or product title. You can also specify the sort order (ascending/descending).
