| I uploaded a bulk import this a.m. and it worked fine. Since then, none of my bulk imports will upload. I keep getting the error. I know my file is correct and think there is a glitch somewhere. I have tried importing small files and nothing will work. Anyone else having problems or is it just me?  Tomas -- any ideas? Melissa www.thepinkemporium.com

YES! This is the first time I've tried a bulk upload so maybe it's me. When I save my file as txt I get a message that my file may contain features that are not compatible with Text. I don't know what the "features" could be. Here's what I'm using if anyone spots anything. Oh and I save it anyway as txt and that still does work. I get an error on the buyitsellit that the file has errors.

Angela, what has worked best for me is to create the file in a spreadsheet and then copy and paste the rows/columns into a text editor like Notepad or Notetab Light. Then save the file from the text editor and upload that file. The data you put here in the forum doesn't appear to have tab separations.
Also, there may be other problems but the one that really stands out to me first is that you need to include all 10 of the google attributes. If you don't have anything to enter for those, put NULL in the cell.

I've been experimenting a bit with bulk uploads.. It just doesn't seem as effecient as doing it through bisi..

| Bumping this back up -- Hoping Tomas will read...TOMAS...can you help us? I tried uploading an old file that worked previously and is now not working? What is going on with the bulk upload?
