Also the screen refreshes all by itself.  It seems to do this within a certain period of time because it is always when I am down to filling in the city or changing the payment type.  If I have made it down to the payment type and selected money order (2nd choice in my checkout) and the screen auto refreshes, it will revert back to having paypal checked off (1st choice in my checkout).  Not sure if this is a ghost in my puter doing this or BISI.
