In normal cases, you can't. If buyitsell it let you create your own templates you could. But you could kludge it if you don't use any custom pages. If you have an empty custom template, you could do something like this inside the one (and only) custom page (note, I didn't test this):

If you use the current custom template samples, the bisi code to provide an rss feed is already on the product list page.
