I posted a question on Yahoo asking if anyone knew of a freestanding feedback site and someone sent me this http://www.heatware.com/. What do you think?

If you look around they even have an outside link of sellers/buyers to avoid...http://www.pcabusers.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=5254

Your pcAbuser link is an excellent example of why open evaluation sites are pretty useless. They attract trolls like ants to a picnic.

This is a one-man shop and I would prefer tomas kept upgrading the site rather than wasting time mediating feedback disputes. Or, hiring someone else to do it.

You might look into adding a comments page to your store. (Like a guest book)
