Another great feature would be to have the 'Contact Us' area populated with a real email form. In this day and age we are all using GMAIL, Yahoo Email, etc and it would be nice to allow about 4-5 email names associated with an account. Meaning, when you click the 'Contact Us' link, it brings you to a email form to fill out. You can select from a drop down a few areas for the subject. (Sales, Returns, General Questions, etc.) and allow the BuyitSellit server to forward the email to the correct account. This allows for a more professional look and alleviates the free email accounts. Of course, this could be a for fee service with the paid service. 
P.S. - For those that want it - You can always search Google and find a 'Email form generator' tool. Just copy and paste the HTML code into the 'Contact Us' area. It should work.
