The calculated shipping does not carry over to the checkout page. This is only as a 'preview' of shipping for the buyer. The shipping must be recalculated and reselected at checkout.

Will you add a feature that will allow us to add an amount to total orders? Like I usually charge 25 cents per item, but total ship for 1 item should be $1.25(USD). (example) I would like to be able to set something up like: 1 Item ordered add 0.00, 2 items add 0.00, 3 items add 1.00, etc.. It would definitely even out shipping costs for many. I find it hard to keep typing up shipping costs, and I don't want to over or undercharge.

Is there a reference on how to do this? This seems like something that should be part of the checkout process.

In the cart, the shipping cost is previewed, but at checkout page, the shipping cost is 0. There is no selection of shipping methods at checkout page. What we can do now?

Are the state and zip fields completed in check out page? The shipping options won't appear until those are filled in. Maybe the email field too, I'm not sure.
