This is day 2 of trying to build my store. Both nights the server seemed to go down a 1:45 am Eastern Time.  Does this happen every day?

I work nights at my full time job, and this is the only time of day that I can build my store.

Not every night. You may have experienced excessive outages last night while we run the grunt of our database maintenance and metrics updating on the 1st every month.
