| Thanks Smilin Eyes!! Now, anyone know how to change a store name??? I still cannot get my logo to upload. If you look at my avatar, that's suppose to be my logo. Why is it not showing up on my store? My current logo will not go away despite several attempts to delete it. Man I am not computer dumb but this place just doesn't seem too user friendly. I really want to be a seller here but it's proving too difficult.

Yes I have, I've done it all. I'm sure I sound very rude, but I've been at this computer all morning trying to set this store up and I am nowhere. I am about to give up and go who knows where.

To change your store name, please open a support ticket and include the new storename you want.

Mary, it's surely a problem with your browser because when I look at your store, the image you are using as an avatar is in the upper left corner where logos go.
You can change your store name in general settings. You just can't change the address. (yourstore.mybisi.com) When you load a logo, it replaces the store name.
