Hi, i'm trying to set up my store but for some reason, my logo and banner doesn't show in my store..any clue?
The size is about 500 pxl.

Are you getting any errors when upload? 500px is pretty big for a logo graphic athough it should have no problems being uploaded.

| Me too Tomas... Mine are not showing up either. I'm not getting any errors at all. They show up perfectly in my administration panel just not in my store. http://3peasinapod.mybisi.com/ O/T - Hey are you the Tomas that used to run that old ebay photo host? God I'm braindead I have not used it in about 6 mo and I can't remember the name of it now. I've only seen your name spelled that way one other time. I think Inkfrog actually took the company over. If so I missed you! I loved that old photo host I used it since it was a freebee until I bailed out of ebay. Just remembered the name.... Sparedollar.com - I loved that site! Oh also... some of the links in wiki are dead too... maybe this all has something to do with the new upgrade

I've fixed the logo issue. We now allow gif uploads to be made with out resizing or modifying them. This is anticipation of newer templates that you may want to use transapararnt gif's or png's.
Yes, I'm the same Tomas that ran SpareDollar. We did merge with inkFrog in March of 2006 and I'm still with inkFrog as a co-owner. buyitsellit is ran and operated under inkFrog inc.

| Hi Tomas, I am trying to change my store name and logo. I have deleted my current logo several times and upload the new one but my old one will not go away! I can see it on the display but to preview store, it's not there. I had no problem loading a banner. What's up with this? Can I change my store name or should I just shut this one down and start over?? Your avatar is a Red Wings logo. Detroit Red Wings??? Thanks, Mary

| Hi again, Why can't I go back to my store after I am in the community section? I have to login all over again. Is this standard procedure or am I missing something?? I am new here and have questions about setting up my store, but everytime I come here to look up answers I can't just go back. Please help!!

| Hi - If you just click on login at the top of the page here in the community, that should take you back to your admin if you were logged in there already.
