Hi I am not sure somebody brought this up already, if yes, sorry!
I have two suggestions or request for future software development:
(1) Can we have an "invisible" mode for categories and or items we currently do not wish to display (such as, uploading inventory that is on the way, ordered by not yet in stock; so when it comes in one could activate it by few clicks)?
(2) Can we / will we get eventually some form of a bulk edit tool, at least for the updated (paying) accounts, which could help with bulk editing shipping cost / or deleting items in bulk?

Yes, I do think someone mentioned both of these somewhere, but I am right there with you. The bulk edit would be extra nice!

Have you guys tried the bulk editor download/upload on the bulk upload page? It's been very helpful to me in correcting some mistakes I made in original listing and sometimes just changing my mind about things. Two things it won't do is delete items and change image urls.
There is a tick box at the bottom of the individual manage product pages that lets you activate an item or not. If you uncheck it, your items won't show in your store.
