Is there an issue with your servers not updating in a timely manner?  I removed an item the other day( no open orders at the time) and noticed today, 12/10, the item has been purchased, however, there is no product identifier within the order.  Luckily, I know what it is for and still have the item.  We were going to put it back on Ebay.  Anyway, I just went in looking at the site as we never recieved any type of notification email that it had been purchased.  I think that is another problem altogether.

There also seems to be an issue with the payment transaction between buyitsellit and paypal.  There were 3 open orders today from 12/8.  2 were pending and 1 completed by the same individual for the same item.  Apparently, she ran into problems making the payment the first 2 times.  I verified this by trying it myself.  Anyway, I attempted to update the 2 pending order status' to see if they would clear themselves out and this didn't work.  Is this another problem?  Then I attempted to close the orders after updating the reason field and recieved coding error identification from one of the lines.  I decided to just go ahead and delete the 2 orders.  I have left the completed order with no product information in open orders for reference.

One more thing...Her address has a 0 for the State field.  I saw that someone else had written they were having an issue with the State field as well.  Sorry this was so long winded but would like to have the functions of the site working correctly so customers don't get frustrated and never come back.  Thanks.

One scenario using Google autofill: If a customer uses autofill and their "State" is set to an abbreviation, the "State" dropdown becomes disabled, and if submitted it then generates the zero.

Ashleigh,

I think what may have happened is that the item was added to a persons cart while the product still existed. Once you deleted the product, it still remained in the shopping cart and they were able to checkout. I'll get this corrected ASAP.

As far as the state being 0, it looks like they just didn't select a state on the checkout page.

Tomas,

Is there anyway you can have the coding generate an error to the user identifying that they need to fill in the field?  Thanks.
