Another trick I have found.
Highlight the item and change it like you normally would.
Then change to the HTML editor, then change back to the regular editor.
It is a pain, but the items have changed correctly for me doing this.
Mike.

Thanks for all the suggestions Mike So, I cleared my cache, I rebooted, I even unplugged my comcast connection (the cable guy said I should do that at least once a month because sometimes all the updates don't go through or some such computer stuff) - still not working. I tried the do the edit-go to html mode-back to regular edit - still doesn't work. I went to another site I have items listed on and tried revising an item with their WYSIWUG editor and it works FINE. I don't know if this might help someone to see what's wrong, but here's what is in my html mode of the editor after I highlight and make the changes I want. By the way, it looks fine in the regular editor-it just won't stick.<span>Hazel Atlas Moderntone white sherbet or custard dessert dish. This item is in nice condition, no chips or cracks. There is no maker mark on the bottom. If you click on a picture, it will enlarge.<br /> <br /> Feel free to email any questions.<br /> <br /> Shipping is $5.25 USPS Priority Mail and includes delivery confirmation.<br /> <br /> Thanks for stopping by Smilin' Eyes Treasures!</span> I am soooooo bummed

Smiling Eyes, do you have Internet Explorer 7? The earlier versions can sometimes cause issues. You can know by clicking the "help" at the top of the browser and then clicking "About Internet Explorer". If you have IE7, maybe you should try the Firefox browser. I personally much prefer it and it's a free download. Here's the link for Firefox
I know how frustrating it is when things don't work right and especially when it seems you're the only one having the problem! If sympathy helps any, you have mine!

I am able to get your font and size to work on my computer,
and to save into BISI's system.
How about going into Manage Products, then clicking on
the sell similar link in one of the correct items.
Change that listing and see if it will save correctly.
I have started typing within the text from another listing to
keep everything the same, then deleting what I don't need.
You might have to reload IE.
Also never hurts to run your spyware and antivirus programs.
Again, hope this helps,
Mike

IE 6 is probably the worse build of IE ever. I'd strongly recommend upgrading to IE 7 or Firefox.
