If I sell a $15.00 item the insurance would be $1.65...or 11%.
A $40.00 item the insurance would still be $1.65 or 6%.
A $50 item the insurance jumps to $2.05 or 4%. A $300 item it's $4.60 or 1.5%. The more expensive the item, the insurance is a smaller percentage. It doesn't sound right but it is the way it is.
If I put in a percentage...I'm either shorting myself on some items or overcharging on others. The same with a dollar amount.
And I would like to SELL items..but if the customer perceives he is getting overcharged..he won't buy. (But he'll go through a tank of $3.50/gal gas to see if he can find a better deal) http://wanamakerlees.mybisi.com
