Hi,

How long does it generally take to get a response on a support ticket?  I have placed a support ticket on the 11th and the 12th.  Just wondering how long I should wait before submitting another ticket.  By the way, should I have received an automated e-mail stating that the ticket had been received?

I am still awaiting a response on my support tickets.  It has been 4 days without so much as an e-mail.  I know you are busy Tomas but you could have at least responded to my post to let me know what my expected wait time should be.  I am trying to be patient as I know you are very busy.  However I feel that I am being ignored due to the nature of my support ticket.
