I did several test orders yesterday. All of my products are set to charge weight based shipping. On all but one of the orders, there was no shipping at all charged. The order says "Shipping(Generic Flat Rate)". I double checked all the items and each one says it is weight based shipping in Admin but they did not calculate as that in the shopping cart. I tried to pick a random mix of products to test. I tried a couple of the same products again today and still no shipping added.

Did you update the shipping method after the item was in your cart? If so, you must clear your cart since it retains the old product info.
I have tested several products and the calculated shipping is showing fine. It will only be displayed after entering zip/state/country.

No, I haven't changed shipping methods since originally uploading the items. I just tried another and it's still not charging any shipping. Can you look at the order from your side? It's the only one this morning. It still says Shipping(generic flat rate) with no value entered.
This is the item I tried this morning, but Saturday I tried several. A couple of them did charge shipping but most did not.

I tested that same product and calculated shipping showed up fine. I left a test order in there for you to look at. Are you selecting the calculated shipping rate after entering your zip/state/country? You shouldn't get past the form with out selecting it.

When I get to the payment page, there are no shipping options to select. Even after country and state. And as you can see, I can complete the order. I've cleared my cache in Firefox.

The shipping rate selection is only visible after selecting state/zip/country.
Hopefully others can test your store to confirm it's working. I can't duplicate any problems.

Thanks! The same product that was not charging any shipping all weekend is giving me shipping options now. I know I wasn't imagining the problem because I have six submitted test orders that showed no shipping.
