| I thought I was, but I found a piece the other day that now I'm not quite sure of. It's still nice, but the mark on the bottom kind of bothers me, never seen it on a piece of McCoy before (Made in the USA, what's that about?):

That's the thing with "collectibles" so many folks have tried to fake them and many pieces might be real, but not well documented ...
My daughters and I design things, but change our styles, colors, marks... over time so I imagine it was the same for the designers of years ago too.

And McCoy does a lot of intricate, fancy pieces. I'm always thinking those are pretty safe because what crook would take the time to mass produce something where they'd have to focus on so much detail? This one had fairly simple lines, though, and since I'd never seen that particular mark I thought it a good idea to ask.
