I have over 700 listings in my bisi store and most of them are imported from my ebay store. I now have to format these listings e.g. font, size of text, deleting some wording which applies to ebay etc. Also Google attributes and cross promotions. May be a stupid question but is there an easy way of doing this in bulk or do I just have to do each listing individually?

If your ebay wording is the same in all the listings, you can export the items as a csv file and do a find/replace in notepad or excell to delete the text. Changing the formatting could be more challenging.
