going through some of the new features would this work.

I'm offering free shipping in the US. So if I use flat rate $0.00 and use the over ride option for calculated shipping for international orders, then go in and use my 30% discount on shipping ,will this alow Us orders to be free and international a 30% discount with out having to enter any coupon codes?

I'm not a big fan on coupons codes. I like it when it just does it. It takes time to refund when some one doesn't use it and I do not feel right if I don't because they don't.

I understand thought on coupon codes. Generally feel the same with the paper ones too. Always seem to get them out AFTER they expire. But anywho...I'm not sure as I only ship within the USA about your international question. Someone hopefully will be along to respond who is 'in the know'

But in the meantime instead of refunding someone who did not use coupon code (yes, it is a pain, but I do it), you could include a coupon code within shipment for use on another purchase...just a thought.

thats an idea. I'm using the shipping discount now and it works great just haven't used the flate rate and calulated over ride together. my just have to set it up on somethning and see how it works.

Maybe you could move this topic to general bisi support or whatever it calls. I always thought this particular forum was for anything NOT bisi related.
