I upgraded to FF 3 or whatever the newest version is. Now I can't right click or c/p anything. I called Best Buy and they said I probably have a virus.

The thing is I don't have the same issue using IE...so I have to presume it's a FF issue. Anyone else have any issue like this? I can't live without my right click! LOL

What I would do is clean our your cache and then reboot your computer and if that doesn't work run your anti-spyware. And another good program to run through your computer is Search and Destroy which is free. Hope that helps. Good Luck.

If what Debi suggested doesn't work, remove the program and download a fresh copy. There might have been a glitch somewhere...

Diana,

Firefox Support states that For now, disabling the Yahoo Toolbar add-on will prevent this issue.

Well it is a FF issue not me! Whew! I took my little girl to see the Geeks at Best Buy and she is as clean as a whistle. LOL Something in the FF3 version is causing issues and it's not just the Yahoo Toolbar because I didn't install that.
Now I need to figure out how to install the old version if it's still available.

Well I uninstalled the new version of FF and installed 2.0 and it keeps showing errors. What version are most of you using?

Just a few days ago, FF prompted download of an upgrade and I just let it 'do its magic', as far as I can tell, it is working properly. I only use it for BISI as the site doesn't support, or at least has problems with, IE.

Diana, I'm using FF 3.0.14 and it's working fine.
I keep getting the little pop-up that there is a newer version but I ignore it.
