| Need a little more information to help. Did you go to the tab Manage Products and add your products one at a time? What does show up? On the inventory tab did you change the setting from Don't track to Have BISI track inventory? Or are you saying you downloaded the photos for one product and they didn't show up. I have this problem from time to time and I solve it by loading a few photos at a time. Anyway, I'm sure there are many people who would love to help, but need more information.

| Have you enabled your store? Go to Settings, General Settings, Store Status and make sure you have checked enable. And I am still not clear, did the photos load to your Add photos screen when you were adding them?

Yep, not enough information. But if your store is enabled and you can not still view your store items, possibly a support ticket to Tomas would help. I think he has capability to view your store settings where any of the members here can not.

SKU is a "skew number". It is a unique number assigned to track and identify items. This is particularly important with books and other similar items. However, many items don't have one and you can ignore that field if your item doesn't come with an SKU number.
