My traffic is not high anyway, but the last few days its been dead!  Is anyone else experiencing this or are you all just loads and loads of visitors and buyers?

Thanks,

Larry

Whats going on?   Is it the economy, the time of the year, ie the holiday or what?   Any ideas?

Thanks,

My traffic has slowed also.  I think it is the impending Halloween weekend.

I have a Holiday newsletter ready to send once the Halloween weekend is over.  I think I'm like a lot of people who just don't want to think about the November and December holidays and shopping until October is over.

Anyway, hoping...

Traffic whats that? LOL Actually my traffic has picked up a bit the past few days with a few sales mixed in. I figure it can only get better with the holiday shopping season closely approaching.
Now Google has decided to toy with things again which isn't helping out the little guys at all. Keep a close eye on your GB to make sure no items are being disapproved. They are getting more picky all the time...you got to play by their rules if you want to stay in the game.

My sales are definitly lower today/yesterday. Im glad, actually (dont throw rocks at me). OF COURSE, I need it to go back... but I sold a lot of halloween costumes, and most were bulky to ship, so I was busy with shipping. Thats over now, and maybe people are not yet on to "the next thing they need to buy".

My sales of NON halloween items over the past 2-3 weeks was distinctly lower, so, maybe people were kind of working on Halloween, and Starting saturday, they will be back to "random shopping"

For those wondering about recent drops in sales/activities, a significant portion of it has to do with the credit card industry. In the past 2 to 3 weeks, they've gone through another HUGE round of cutting credit lines, increasing rates and/or cutting cards off all together. This is in part a rant, but a large part of it has to do with the weak-knees in congress that gave them 9 months before the changes (LOL that were supposed to help us poor consumers and small biz owners) took effect. So, with the changes pending early next year, almost all of the primary issuers went through all of their accounts again.

Hence, fewer cards, lower credit limits and higher rates which leads to less shopping and spending!
