Warning : Google Checkout Chargeback is Rigged
I got the $141 Chargeback notice below on 10-28-2009 after the time to submit proof of delivery had already expired. I shipped the merchandise on 08-28-2009. There is no merchant support at Google Checkout or they haven't responded. I do not recommend Google checkout because of this kind of crap.
If they don't take it seriously......I'm gone. You have been warned......

Hello...Robot Google checkout ,
This is very unfair, I don't get any notice until today of this chargeback.
I never got any email indicating 15 days to respond or anything.
I didn't receive any email on 10-11-2009 indicating this fraud.
I don't have the merchandise, this is theft.
I shipped it and here are the receipts.....

PS : Here is a screenchot search of my gmail account....showing there was no notification from google checkout on 10-11-2009.
If you don't send me the notice, how can I respond.........?

Did the customer claim the merchandise was not delivered? Were you given any reasons as to why the chargeback was filed?
I would be very ticked off right about now! 
Google has got to start providing support for issues such as this. I had seen a contact number posted somewhere for support but don't remember where. I would dig around through the GCO center and see if you can find the contact number.

Very strange. Maybe you could call the other party involved. I've read before that there is little or no customer support via telephone for google checkout and if so, this really is a problem they should resolved. People need more than an email address sometimes.

| Crap like this is why I don't take GC anymore. They closed my account because I'd used the same bank account for more than one store. Which is total BS because I'm NOT going to open a separate account for each store, that's insane. So they closed my account and returned money that I'd been paid for items that had been shipped and received but I hadn't withdrawn the money into my bank account yet. So I was out my items AND my money. And of course the people who got the items and an email from me explaining what happened didn't resubmit their payments via paypal or check/money order, the theives. THAT was especially disappointing. But no, no more Google Checkout for me the bastids.
