| The new cvs bulk import will not refresh on my Meyers Online Mall store. It has only accepted a few small csv files and I submitted a file with 30 items and it said they were all in error and it won't refresh. I have put in a support ticket to Thomas yesterday morning and have not received a reply yet. I had to create a totally new store (Alternative Energy) because when I try to login on the community with Meyers online mall store, it says that my email is not in the system. I have tried to get it send me a verifing email and it just says error .....
