Michael...I think you can upload a feed to oodle. They have a contact button for the people who take care of the uploads. I contacted them once, and I believe you have to have your location and some other things in the feed in order for them to accept it. Find the contact button and you can get more info.

To the OP...sign up for TheFind also. I have been getting several referrals a day from the site, not a ton, but every little bit helps.

Also OLX.com is another classified site which allows you to place your URL in the ads.

I registered on the Selling Lounge this morning and am waiting for approval. Should I register separately for each site that I sell or can I promote all sites with one registration?

Many on the selling lounge have multiple stores.  Be sure to include links to all in your signature.  I think one registration will cover everything.

I was wondering the same thing about registering on the selling lounge. Is there is a monthly fee?

If so, does it bring traffic and sales to make up for the fee charged, or am I misunderstanding this site?

Also how important is it that a domain name is registered? I know these sound like simple questions, but I just want to make sure that I am using my resources wisely.

Thanks.

Beverly

The Selling Lounge is a place where sellers get together and share info and support. It's free, you just sign up and read and chat.

A domain name looks more professional and doesn't cost much, though plenty of people have sold things with a store sub-domain.

The selling lounge is also great if bisi is down for any reason to at least find out you aren't the only one!

Thanks for the clarification. I have not been able to get a really straight answer about the advantages of getting a domain name. And thanks for letting me know that there are no fees for the selling lounge.

Its good to know that the selling lounge can be checked to see if there are problems, down time with bisi. I have lost hair with that one, thinking there was something wrong with me or the computer.

I'm learning, slowly, but I am learning.

Thanks again,

Beverly
