Here I am again with yet another annoying suggestion. It's not very pressing at the moment, but it would be a nice feature to have soon. It's a topic that has been touched upon before. Is there some way to make it that flat and calculated shipping are able to be combined, instead of just having calculated be the only one considered when items with both are placed in the cart?
I say this because there are some items which need to to be shipped separately from the rest of my items and for a flat rate and if someone were to orders those items and items with combined shipping then the combined shipping rate would be applied and I'd be out of luck and a good amount of money.

Well I know what you mean. In one of my stores, I have items that are already preboxed new and very heavy items. And if buyer order any of these with another item, I would need to ship separately. But willing to have this problem if it means sales. Of course I rarely have people buying more than one item at a time in the heavy kitchen items I have available.
Boy howdy, I can not begin to think how to program a flat/calculated shipping feature, even for the seller it would probably seem like a computer program flowchart...if this, therefore that....
