You're welcome, Diana. With as much as google puts us through, you would think they could be a little clearer with the error problems we encounter.

I get error emails all the time from Google now ever since the change that my items we unsuccessfully uploaded. If I go into my account to look at the error message it doesn't even tell me what specifically need to be fixed, just that it violates Google policy and please click here and yadda, yadda, yadda.
I thought it could have possible been because I'd forgotten to accept the now TOS and refill my setting page. I did that yesterday and still I got an error message when my scheduled upload came around later that day. I've no idea what is now wrong.
Those are the breaks. Hopefully I can figure out this nonsense soon.

I received the same error message, ie "policy violation", I discovered I had duplicate listings on other marketplaces. After I removed the duplicates, the feed was accepted. This was also after many tweaks to the product description, mostly involving punctuation marks.
Also, be sure you have inventory tracking set up in Bisi. If you do not, Google will read this as "no available product", & reject.
Good luck, takes time & patience...I nearly ran out

I'm pretty sure Tomas told me that bisi would submit some huge bogus number for items with unlimited availability. Like "quantity available:500" or something like that. But that was some time ago and I may not be remembering it correctly. However, the majority of my items in both stores do not have inventory tracking in bisi and they are currently being accepted by google.

When I am lucky enough to see our BISI stores appearing in Google Shopping, I've noticed a gray question mark next to items that I fear is turning away buyers. Anyone else?

| That grey question mark comes from your McAfee Site Advisor. It means that the site hasn't been checked and approved yet. If you click on the question mark, you can submit the site for testing. It takes forever for McAfee to check, test and rate the site. If you do not have the McAfee Site Advisor Toolbar enabled, you will not see the question marks.

Thanks for information, I use Norton Internet Security (maybe same thing!?! or similar) But whatever causes it, from buyers side it may keep them away.

Loveshack,
There is a downloadable program entitled WOT (Web of Trust). It is available to FF and IE users and is widely used. I'm not sure if it's available to Google Chrome users, Opera users, etc.. The program works somewhat like a traffic light with green, light green, yellow and red symbols. When scrolling through entries in search engines, those symbols will indicate as to whether you really want to click on them or not. Obviously, you will want to steer clear of anything with a red symbol and you may want to think twice before clicking on an entry with a yellow symbol. A question mark will be next to entries that have not been rated. You do not have to have Norton or McAfee antivirus installed on your computer for the program to work.
