Ok, I have removed the quotation marks, and in the process of removing an active link in my descriptions. Still no luck.
The reply from Tomas re: my support ticket was, there is nothing they can do to help me, I must contact Google.
This surprised me, as Google wants marketplaces to handle all feeds now. It also puzzled me that BISI was not willing to review my feed, generated by them, to find any issues. Is this the usual way of how BISI handles support issues?
I thank you all again for your assistance. It appears these boards are the only measure of support.

Also, a bit confused on the attributes.
Bisi says "Although attributes are not required, it is strongly suggested the are provided."
& Google says the following are required attributes
# condition
# description
# id
# link
# price
# title
Which is it?
And how does the following affect us?
"Data from marketplaces must come directly from the marketplace. We no longer accept marketplace listings that are submitted by marketplace sellers"
Can we assume that BISI is doing everything right regarding our feeds? And if so, why is there no-one to review the feeds, to let us know of specific issues?
Sorry for all the questions, this is driving me nuts trying to figure out the errors. With the holiday shopping season upon us, it's imperative my products , as well as yours, get listed in Google searches.

I believe all of those required attributes are automatically included by bisi when your feed is created. If you include them yourself in your product attributes, they will be considered "duplicated" and google will choke on it.

Thanks, Gayla
I've spent the last 2 days guessing at what the errors could be, and changing titles and descriptions. Used to be that they would show you the specific errors, so at least you knew what you had to fix. I'm now at a loss as to what could be wrong.

| The only required attribute that I add is condition, which in my case is "new". I don't know if it is necessary to add that now, but I still do. The rest of the attributes that I add apply to my product: size, type, character, brand and that's all. I have no problems with my feed.

OH! Right! (sorry) You do want to add your own "condition" attribute. I believe the default that bisi will submit is "new" unless you add your own.

So, Bisi doesn't submit the feed, only generates it, and we have to manually upload it?

| Here's the latest reasoning Google has given me for disapproval "As of September 3rd 2009, individual sellers on marketplaces no longer need to submit items to Google Product Search. Going forward, marketplaces will be responsible for submitting a feed of all their sellers' items, so we have retired your account in order to avoid duplicate entries on Product Search. Your marketplace will also be responsible for ensuring that your feeds are up-to-date and compliant with our policies." "In most cases, marketplaces already submit feeds of their sellers' items. If you have any further questions about your items or Google Product Search, please contact your marketplace." I explained to them what I was told here(BISI not a marketplace, but a shopping cart host, others have had no problems, etc.)and am awaiting a response.
