So, where do Igenerate a feed in my bisi account? I thought it was supposed to be handled automatically by bisi, but I have nothing showing up. Does it take awhile, or do I need to do anything on my merchant page?

I'm sure these questions have been asked before, but I'm not finding answers, and getting a bit screen dizzy

Follow this link http://community.buyitsellit.com/Topic46875-4-1.aspx to read the instructions from Support (Tomas) to set up your Google Feed.

Be sure you have gone to BISI General Settings, Google Base and activated your Google Feed.

If you have questions, please ask here or contact support.

It appears I had done this already, just not scheduled a feed. Spending way too much time spent on the PC, work never seems to end!
Thanks for the help!

I tried to manually upload, & it was disapproved.

Is there someone here that can check the status of the BISI feed, or do I need to request a support ticket, and if so, how?

Thanks again for all your help!

You need to put in a support ticket.  Why was it disapproved?  Did you check the status at your Google Merchant Center?

"Your data feed has been disapproved because some or all of your items are not complying with our Program Policies"

I wonder if it has anything to do with the link to my homepage in each description?

"Your URLs must link directly to webpages that contain information about your products. We do not allow links that redirect through or to domains other than the one specified in your Google Merchant Center account settings."

Other than this, I can't find anything in their policies that differ with my listings.

Have you tried taking it out of a few descriptions and seeing if the feed goes through?

If it works you could put a message in your homepage text referring to the store and leave it off the descriptions...

Be interesting to see if this works..

Thanks for your help, Carolyn.

A few of my first listings did not have the website link in the description, and they didn't go thru either.

Do you think the quotations on my item titles could do it?

& how do I put in a support ticket?

harlanwolfe I took a peek at your store , I am no expert on this but I would try taking out the quote marks in the title and try it and the other possibly is are you putting the correct attribute for condition in google base ? since I am pretty sure some of your items are not new , correct ? There are so many changes right now in google base that it is hard to figure out what they want . I only sell new items here, so I cannot advise you correctly on used items . I am sure someone else may be able to help you here on the board also .The attributes though are key in google base , that much I do know. I am sure Tomas will help you if you put in a support ticket .Good Luck
