To use domain hosting with GoDaddy or any other domain provider, you will first need to upgrade your BISI account. Click here to upgrade. If you do not have a domain, you can register one here.
Step 1: Access your domain settings by clicking on the Settings tab and selecting Domain Hosting. Enter your domain name with no sub-domains.
Step 2: Log into your GoDaddy domain administration. Click on your domain from the list and then click on the 'Total DNS Control and MX Records'.
Step 3: Click on the edit icon for the www CNAME record. Change the "Points To Host Name" value to your mybisi address (http://yourstore.mybisi.com).
Step 4: Exit the DNS Control panel and go back to the Domain Manager. Click on the Forwarding link.
Step 5: Enable the forwarding option. (Do not enable masking!). Enter your domain URL. (MUST INCLUDE WWW!). Choose the 301 Moved Permanetly Redirect Type and Save it.
Your domain is now set up. It can take up to 24 hours for your DNS to update and for your domain to become active.
