| Is there anyway, when adding an item to your catalog such as a shirt, you can add the option to choose sizes. A pull-down menu with S, M, L, XL, XXL? Or do you have to create an item entry for each size?

Sure.
The sticky part is you have to SAVE the item first, and THEN you will see a tab called "variants" --- thats where you set up the different sizes, etc.
Once you know that... its easy. And, now you know!
