| I had a store purchase earlier today and didn't get an email from BISI. I wouldn't have known except there was a mysterious payment thru PayPal and I finally tracked it to BISI.

Yes. You should get an email. I actually receive copies of all order notifications in a separate box that I monitor and confirmed it's in there.
