| Same here. I tried several times last week & this morning. I would rather buy from our sellers here, but can't. Edited to add: Server Error in '/' Application.
Transaction (Process ID 176) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.

The shop link has not worked for several days now. I think this is really a serious problem that can cost us hits and sales. Also I need it when I list items for sale in my store, I always compare what others have with what I have and use it for a guide for setting the price. Does anyone know if anyone is doing anything to fix it.

I now get into the shopping link but it took me over 2 minutes to do so. No shopper is going to wait that longer to get into it. But then sometimes I still get the error message and not get in. I did however get in long enough to compare my products prices to others which I want to be able to do weekly

We're working to fix this but I can guarantee you are not losing on any sales from the BISI 'shop' page being down. 
Remember, BISI isn't a marketplace like eBay. Don't depend on your sales to come from the 'shop' page.

Your may be right that I have not lost any sales because of the shop link not woeking but according to previous post in this thread someone lost a sale as in those post they wanted to buy something using a BISI store and could not so bought somewhere else.

Tomas, thanks for fixing the SHOP button! I'm looking for a few particular items and I like trying to buy from BISI first.
