A few times now I have had people order products, choose Paypal as their payment method and complete the transaction YET buyitsellit tells me they have NOT paid even though I see their payment in my paypal account!!! It has happened about 4 times in the last week. I have had to go into the persons order and manually check off that they have paid.

This concerns me since in the past we have had a lot of people check out (so we get an order through BISI admin) but they never complete the paypal transaction. I have gone ahead and assumed this field to be accurate and deleted them. Only recently did I cross check out of chance. Since this seems to happen often it is important for us BISI users to be able to trust the "Payment Received" field and this shouldnt happen.

Also this is a heads up for you to all cross check if you use paypal and have customers shown as checked out but never paid.

This really rarely happens and is a good reason to leave the orders but label them unpaid. It's just when for some reason, the payment info isn't transmitted with the order or when customers break off the order process yet still send you payment.

This has been for awhile so not sure anything Tomas can do to fix it.

Same thing was happening with me.

It was updated about 30mins after order was placed.

You may just need to give it time.

I've noticed this only when an e-check is used. Could have something to do with the way PayPal sends the post-back notifications to BISI on e-check payments.

Every single one of my orders via the new flat rate tab (international in my case - not USA or Canada) DO NOT show as paid at ALL. The e-check thing happened to me once and it showed not paid, but then last week it showed as paid. When i went into the paypal account that is when i noticed it would take 7 days to process.

BUT yes, the "NO" beside paypal payment received is ALWAYS showing when someone makes an order outside of Canada or USA.

I submitted a ticket 3 days ago and no response from BISI

I have had a support ticket pending on this for about a week now.

I have had 2 International sales where I received Payment Notification emails from PayPal but NO order confirmation email from BISI. Both orders show as payment NO in BISI. However, I have verified payment WAS received for both and was not a pending e-check.

So.... International Customer makes a purchase, PAYS with PayPal. PayPal sends an email with payment info. BISI sends NO order email and shows payment status NO.

I have only experienced this problem when it's an International Sale. Domestic sales are processing without problems.
