We've added a new feature that will allow you to add custom content & scripts to the checkout complete page.
This can be accessed from the Payment Settings section and clicking the 'Custom Content' tab.
Here you can enter HTML, or just plain text. This is an excellent place to enter Google Analytics ROI code, or affiliate tracking code once an order has been completed.
