I bought a domain name on godaddy.
I followed the bisi instructions on re-directing that domain name to my bisi store.
Godaddy technical has verified it is set up right.

When I type in my domain name in the address bar, it tells me that domain is not found.

Any suggestions??


I think I'm having the same issue...domain not found. Can't figure out what I've done wrong.

tomas helped me on this and it now works. When the instructions show the first block....that should be www. The godaddy tech rep had my type in my full domain name there and that was incorrect.

I'm still confused.  I own the domain name www.matchlessjewelry.com which I currently forward to my BISI store.  Do you know if I can point www.matchlessjewelry.com to a top tier hosting at BISI or if it'll still be a sub-directory of BISI?  Again, I have the paid plan.  If top tier do I have to re-do my store at a new BISI address, DNS settings?  I spent years on mainframe computing but the web is a real challenge.

I have a question...If I upgrade will my products still show up under google products as located at Buy It Sell It or will it show my name next to my products?
