The new order notification # is not a big deal -- I don't do anything with it either. I only mentioned it because it looked like it had been reset to 0 and was missing the product description, quantity and price. I've received several orders and it appears to be in sync now.

JC, you're very lucky not to be experiencing any problems. The log-in is slow for me (getting a little quicker, but still slow), my traffic statistics are still at 0 for yesterday, June 1st, and my products are still not updating in GB.

None of these problems are devastating, but it does show that not everything is working correctly. My biggest concern is with GB, since most of my traffic comes from Google.

I'm having some of the same problems also.  My hits from yesterday are now reading 0.  I haven't check GB do we have to request that our product be submitted to GB? I've signed up for an account and I checked the box in the dashboard but I don't get any traffic from GB.

Moving very slow, snails pace and I have high speed internet. Going from page to page is like pulling teeth. I'm having some trouble uploading my pictures. All this since the outage!

To be clear, just in case this distinction is not not being made, our products are not being submitted to Google but to Google Shopping which is separate from Google (the organic results aka www.google.com). So if your traffic is coming from Google (and you're referring to the number on your dashboard) that's from Google organic results, not from Google Shopping.

Natrually, you still want your items to appear in as many place as possible. I just wanted to clarify that you are still appears in Google's organic search results.

Good luck.

My products are finally starting to update in Google Base. Logging in seems a bit faster, but it's still not as fast for me as it was before the outage. Although it's not that important, my traffic statistics for Wednesday are probably irrecoverable because it's still showing zero. After two days of not knowing what was wrong with GB, I'm glad that it appears to be working for me again -- and I'm guessing that it will probably start working for those who have been experiencing the same problem -- it may just take more time.

I hope everyone has a great 4th of July!

Sincerely,

-Stephen

Had 8 orders in the last two days all where just fine. Even did a test order and everything worked fine from processing to notification. Might just be a few bugs to work out Tomas already stated it may take through the weekend.
