Ooooh!  This is my kind of thread!

Thomas, I'm so in love with the pic of Gypsy in her cute hat and sweater!  She's got such a sweet face!  Is your siamese a lilac?

Here's my babes:

This is my Cinnamon, Cinnie Bun, Bon Bon...so many names for her!  She passed away last May, but she'll always be my best Grrl!

Here's Brutus the Terrible!  Such trouble, but a sweet face that enables him to narrowly escape death!

And these are my sweet felines!  Nanay (tabby) and Ophelia (lilac point siamese)

(Sorry about the huge pix, but I don't know how to scale them down from photobucket...)

Keep the pets comin!

I'm so sorry...I know what it's like--we've lost 5 between our dogs and cats, had all for at least 10 years each, some much more.  It never gets easier.  I cannot imagine life though without pets.  We've got 5 now and they are the light of our lives.

How neat. I would love to live in the country and have a bunch of danes running around.

I love your Bono quote, btw....

Are all birds one person birds? My grandmother had an african gray who hated everyone but her. A friend also has one that is a one person (women) bird that she has to rehome

Here are my hearts! (Sugar and Chelsea)

Sugar is 8 months old and Chelsea is 11 years old.

I got Sugar 24 hours after I had to put my 18 year old Poodle (Molly) down.  I cried for 24 hours straight until my husband said "Let's go get another Poodle".  I got her at 7 weeks old and 3 days later the vet told me she had a congenital heart defect that would have to be surgically repaired or she would not live long. (Called PDA).  I took her to the Vet School at The University of Georgia at 10 weeks, and the fixed her with Open Heart surgery. She is my little miracle girl.

I don't know how I missed this thread!
This is my Zander, the chihuahua/min pin mix, with his visiting "cousin" Jake, a Springer.
This is my favorite picture of them together. I've made it into note cards, Christmas cards, a poster...
