This message pops up next to the page name...

page name can only contain letters and numbers and all must be less than 20 characters!

The name I tried using was: Shipping
It seems to be within the parameters, but it will not accept it??

Nikki

Maybe it's case sensitive?

Yes, it's case sensitive...I just tried and it wouldn't take shipping with a big "S"...but would take it with a lower case "s"

Thank you for your help. I tried your suggestion and that worked.

However, not accepting capitals is not good. Home, About, and Contact all start with capitals...it would be a bit unprofessional looking for the other pages to not be able to also.

Now for my next problem in regards to my custom pages. The links are not showing in my store. I have cleared my cache and refreshed and they are still not there. ??

The file will be named "shipping" but you can put whatever text you want into your page and link it to your file.  So your text could say "Shipping" with capital case just like the others.  You will have to add the shipping link to your pages for it to show up.

You will have to add the shipping link to your pages for it to show up.

I don't know how to do this?? I thought the pages would automatically be added?

I am having the same issue. I used bisi along time ago, and recently started using them again. Previously, once a custom page was added, it automatically was listed on your home page along with contact, about, and home.

I just think it looks unprofessional to have a random link on your homepage to some other page. I would rather have it show up next to the others like it did before. I specifically signed up for bisi again because I am dummy when it comes to custom pages, codes, and all that other stuff.

I love the ease of use, adding products, images, and text. But adding additional custom pages has been a headache.
