Hi!! I found them to be very well thought out, except for one part. When you are watching the one about loading up a product, the visual drops off the screen. About half of it is not applicable to the screen you are watching. Not sure if anyone told you about this.

It tells me it is 800 X 600. Is this normal..good..?

I assumed it was 800x600 or less. The video window is roughly 760x768 which is a bit bigger than your resolution.
The most common resolution used now is 1024x768 (which BISI is designed to work best with).
