| Tomas I just reviewed my Paypal Acc. and the person purchased 3 items and paid for the 3 items with no S/H I don't know how it happened, just that it did happen. The shipping zip was 76116 if you look at my acc. it was the last sale. Please look into it Fred

Shipping is required to be selected from the store. You can't get to the next step unless shipping is selected, you can test this if you want.
It is possible that a person can pay you directly outside of the BISI checkout. The only way to prevent this is to shut off direct-payments on your Paypal account.

If they paid for it through Paypal directly how did it show up in his sales? It would only show up in his paypal account.

As you can see, 0 for S/H I just need it fixed. Shutting off direct payments to PP is not a option and I don't think that is what my buyer did anyway. Thank you, Fred Fred

Bringing this back up to the top as this is something that needs to be addressed quickly.
Why would shipping not be added to the order?
In the test orders I had previously made, shipping was adding with no problem.
